As a specialist independent property developer and villa rental operation we genuinely put customers first, because when we could not find that very special place we were looking for or the quality of service to accompany it, we decided to develop and build our own. Having put our first foot forward some 6 years on we are now first to offer the same exclusivity of choice and service to you.

One-off properties for sale, holiday rental or property investment

The Primo Properties portfolio is arguably unique. The properties for sale are selective and limited to new build and/or off-plan. They are designed to ooze exclusivity both in terms of fabulous locations and distinctive build quality. We create innovative, sustainable properties that enhance people’s lives and complement the environment while offering excellent value. For example during the development of one of our villas we needed to shift 80 lorry loads of rock – why? Because we wanted it built in the rock! Compromise is not a word that sits comfortably at Primo.

Currently our luxury villas and are predominantly found in the Algarve. You will not find run of the mill or ubiquitous estates, but one-off, individual holiday or retirement homes either with stunning sea views or excellent.

We also have a selection of holiday villas and apartment rentals in Spain. As you would expect these are also tastefully decorated and furnished, but equally superbly located.
